A warm welcome

This sparse apartment lobby needed life! Working with the building condo owners (and a small budget), we developed a design scheme that used paint, artwork, decor, and a few furnishings to give the space warmth and depth. High-contrast wall paints are used to articulate volumes, while wood furniture, greenery, and artwork add a warm layer of interest to welcome guests and residents. The building Recreation Room also received decor and styling to inspire play, and has become a place for parties and casual gatherings.
